How does the clock work?

The clock only runs while a puzzle is on screen and the app is open. Leave the game, switch apps or lock your phone and it pauses, and the board is hidden until you come back. Your daily time is your seven puzzle times added together.

What do hints cost?

Each hint adds 15 seconds to that puzzle's time.

When do new puzzles appear?

Every day at midnight UTC (midnight in the UK in winter, 1am in summer). If you start a puzzle before midnight, you have 30 minutes after midnight to finish it.

Why am I not on the leaderboard?

Sign in with Apple or Google, then finish all seven puzzles. Each game also has its own leaderboard, where you appear as soon as you solve that game.

How do I add friends?

Open the leaderboard and tap the friends button. Search by name or email, or share your invite link. Anyone who opens your link becomes your friend straight away.

Hepta+

Hepta+ adds the archive of past days and detailed stats. Manage or cancel it in the app (Profile → Hepta+ → Manage subscription) or in your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions.

Deleting your account

Profile → Delete account. Everything is removed permanently. See the privacy policy.
